Our residential development work consists of projects for immediate resale as well as additions to our own lettings portfolio. All of our properties are refurbished to an exceptionally high standard throughout before being sold or let.
As many of our properties are historic, we have to reconcile the requirement for upgrading facilities to a modern standard with the desire to preserve the period features and unique character of each development.

Penthouse Flat – Canary Wharf
